Wow, you got pretty close to that “furry friend!”
Not real close, but it looked big at first. As we crept a bit closer we could see it was probably a large cub or adolescent. Anyway, we kept a respectful distance!
The bear looks unperturbed by your presence! Wonderful place to saunter and to submerge oneself in nature.
As leaves crunched under our boots it ran up into the thicket, but stayed put as we walked by. A gift from Nature to round out a beautiful walk into Beauty.
