My neighbor, the blue-tail skink, posed for me this afternoon.

This beautiful creature reminded me of a lesson, a question, taught by naturalists … and some wise teachers who spend quality time in Nature:

“Do you have eyes, and fail to see?  Do you have ears, and fail to hear?”
