More Water?  Oh, Please!

Maybe it’s all the water … the rains and floods … that got me thinking about this again.

Here’s a column I wrote last year —“The Awfully, Incredible (R-Rated) Story of Noah,” that, among other things, asks:

“Why would someone take seriously a book that presents a story like this?”

(and, sneaking in a second question)

“Some will say this whole discussion is disrespectful. I understand. But are we not to read, think about and question what we read in any book, including the holy books?”
