We met and heard this incredible artist last evening at a local church. What a voice, and message!
As a former Evangelical (like me) she is still a person of faith but the wide-open, loving kind of faith. She’s a voice for queer and trans persons, as well as a more accepting and inclusive community.
When I introduced myself to her as a humanist, she smiled and said “That’s what it’s all about.” I responded that “We all need to be human together.”
